CIGNA SPEEDY CLAIM

Valued CIGNA customers now can benefit from our speedy and faster Claim process. CIGNA Speedy Claim service is applicable fro Claim amounting up to 5 (five) million rupiah.

How does it work?
  • Submit the complete Claim document to CIGNA Customer Service at Menara Kadin Ground floor, or you can also send the document via courier or mail.
  • After receiving the complete document, CIGNA will immediately process a transfer payment to customer's account no later than the next business day.
Notes:
  • Please ensure that your document is complete and your insurance is active. Also make sure that you do not have any pending premium payment when you're filling insurance Claims.
  • The time the fund received in customer's account varies widely depending on policy of customer's bank.
