In 2011 CALL CENTER AWARDS recently, CIGNA Insurance was awarded as the 2nd winner of the best life insurance companies with index point 81,859. Since 2005, this award has been conducted by Majalah Marketing or Marketing Magazine in collaboration with Carre CCSL (Center for Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty).
